Ticket Sewa

Ticket Sewa is located inside Sun View Residency on AB Road in the Vijay Nagar area. Being right on the main road makes it easy for people to stop by when they are heading to work or running errands. We mostly focus on booking tickets for trains, buses, and flights. It sounds like a simple job, but it can get pretty stressful when the booking systems are slow or the trains are all full during the festival season. Our office is just a small space in the building where we have our computers and a few chairs for people to wait. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. People usually find us because they live nearby or they've heard we are reliable for getting things done. We spend a lot of our day staring at schedules and trying to find a way to get someone a seat when everything seems to be sold out. It’s a lot of back and forth with different systems. Sometimes we have to tell people that there just aren't any tickets left, which isn't fun, but we try our best. Vijay Nagar is a fast-paced part of Indore, and we just try to keep up with the demand. We aren't a big company with a mission statement. We just help people get their tickets so they can go where they need to go. It’s just a regular local shop.
