We’ve set up shop at Me/G 2 in Dreem City, over in the Vijay Nagar area. It’s a part of town that’s seen a lot of changes lately. Our office is a straightforward place. We don’t have any of those modern office gimmicks. We just have our desks, our maps, and our coffee. The work we do involves a lot of planning for local infrastructure. It’s not always the most exciting stuff to talk about, but it’s necessary. We spend our mornings checking in with site supervisors and our afternoons dealing with the paperwork side of things at Talawali Chandamangliya. Vijay Nagar is a good spot for us because it’s easy to get to different parts of the city from here. We are a small group and we’ve worked together for a bit. There’s no corporate ladder here, just people trying to make sure these projects get done right. Sometimes we run into delays with materials or the weather doesn't cooperate, which can be frustrating. We just take it as it comes. It’s a very hands-on type of business. We’re often out in the field looking at progress ourselves. We don't spend much time on marketing because we're usually too busy with the actual work. It’s just how we operate. We keep things grounded and focus on the bricks and mortar. It’s about building things that people actually need in their daily lives.
