T3T Realty Private Limited is based at 312, Lig, in the Housing Board Colony. It’s a standard residential area, so our office feels a lot like a home. We have a small desk and a few chairs for visitors. The Housing Board Colony is a familiar place for most people around here, so we don't usually have to give long directions. We started this because we knew a lot about the local buildings and how the housing market was moving in this specific neighborhood. It's not a big corporate firm with hundreds of employees. Usually, it is just two or three of us handling everything from the phone calls to the site visits. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we spend more time out looking at properties than we do sitting inside. We have a small filing cabinet where we keep all the local listings organized. It gets a bit lively in the mornings when the neighbors are out, but it's a good place to work. We don't use any fancy software, just a lot of pens and paper to keep track of things. If you're looking for us, look for the number 312 on the gate. We’ve been here for a good while and the postman knows us well. We try to be helpful without making things more complicated than they need to be for folks who are just looking for a place to stay. Most of the people we work with are from around here.
