Surya Iconstruction & Consultants

Our office is at 74/4 in Sanvid Nagar, right off Kanadia Road here in Indore. It’s a straightforward residential area, which is nice because it’s not as chaotic as the main city center. We handle a lot of construction and consulting work under the name Surya Iconstruction & Consultants. Most of the time, our boots are dirty because we spend more time at sites than behind a desk. The office itself is pretty plain. We have some chairs, a couple of old desks, and lots of blueprints rolled up. We don’t have a big staff. It’s just a few of us who know how to get things built. We’ve been working around Kanadia Road for quite a while. People in the neighborhood know us. We don't do any big advertising. We just talk to people and help them figure out how to build their houses or fix up their plots. Sometimes we are out all day and the office is locked, but we are usually around. We use simple language when we explain things. No need for those big technical terms that just confuse people. It’s about brick and mortar at the end of the day. The building we are in is nothing special, just a regular place in a regular street. We like it that way. It keeps us grounded and focused on the actual work. Indore is growing fast, so there is always something to do around here.
