Suprifabtex Private Limited is down on the LG 26 level of Mangal City Mall in Vijay Nagar. Being in a mall is a bit different from having a standalone shop or factory. We are on the lower ground floor, so we don't get much natural light, but the air conditioning is a blessing during the Indore summers. The space is mostly used for showing our fabric collections and handling the administrative side of the business. Vijay Nagar is a very busy part of Indore, and the mall itself gets quite crowded on the weekends with families and shoppers. Our spot is a bit more tucked away, which is good for when we need to focus on the paperwork or meet with a supplier. The shop is filled with rolls of different fabrics, and sometimes it's hard to move around when we have a lot of new stock. We try to keep it organized, but with so many different textures and colors, it's a constant battle. It’s a clean and safe place to work, though sometimes the mall music can get a bit repetitive after a few hours. We spend our days here talking to customers and making sure the fabric orders are being processed correctly. It’s a straightforward operation. We don't use any fancy sales tactics; we just show what we have and let the material speak for itself. Most people find us through word of mouth in the textile community.
