Up on the 3rd floor of Block-E in Classic Swastik City, you’ll find us working at Pinnacle Training Development Solutions. We are right behind the Bank of Baroda in Mangal Nagar, Sukhliya. It’s a busy area and the building can be a bit tricky to navigate if it’s your first time visiting. We spend most of our hours puttering around with training materials and figuring out how to help people learn new skills. The office is usually filled with notebooks, some old projectors, and a lot of coffee cups. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation; we are just a small group trying to make sense of development programs. Some days we have people coming in for sessions, and the rooms get pretty cramped. Other days, it’s just us sitting at the desks planning things out. Being in Sukhliya is convenient because there are plenty of spots to grab lunch nearby. We’ve been at this for a while now. The space isn't overly decorated, just functional. We focus on the actual teaching part rather than how the lobby looks. If someone calls, we answer. If they have a question about a course, we try to explain it simply. It’s just how we do things here. The stairs to the third floor can be a bit much, but once you’re inside, it’s just a normal workplace where everyone knows each other’s names and what needs to get done.
