Sui Dhaga

Sui Dhaga is located at 14 R. S. Bhandari Marg. We are right by Janjeerwala Square, which is a place most people around here know well. The square is always busy with cars and bikes, so there’s a lot of energy right outside our door. Being at number 14 on R. S. Bhandari Marg means we get a lot of the city noise, but you get used to it after a week or two. The shop itself is quite modest. We have our work benches and some shelves along the walls. It’s not a large place, so we have to be careful about where we put things so we don't trip. We’ve been at Janjeerwala Square for a while now and we’ve seen the shops around us change hands a few times. Sui Dhaga is just a steady presence on the street. We open up in the morning and usually stay until late evening. The lighting inside is just regular fluorescent bulbs, nothing special. We spend a lot of time focused on the small details of our work. It can be tiring, but that’s just how it is. Sometimes we sit on the steps outside during our break just to watch the traffic go through Janjeerwala Square. It’s a real, working environment. No one here is trying to impress anyone; we’re just getting through the daily tasks at number 14 on R. S. Bhandari Marg. The tea stall nearby makes the afternoons a bit better.
