We are over near Tower Chouraha at VV Pride, specifically in room 104 at 317 Professor Colony. Srk Realcon Llp is right in that busy part of Indore where everything seems to happen at once. The office is in a residential-style building, so it doesn’t feel too stiff or corporate. We have our desks set up and a few chairs for visitors to sit in. Most of our day is spent dealing with the local property market in Professor Colony and the surrounding areas. We hear the traffic from the Chouraha all day long, but you get used to the noise after a while. We aren't a huge team, just a few people who know the streets around here pretty well. We spend a lot of time on our feet, going out to look at houses or meeting people at their gates to show them around. Inside the office, things are pretty casual. We don't wear suits or anything like that. We just get the work done, even if the filing system gets a bit cluttered during the busy months. It’s a straightforward business. We show people what’s available and help them with the paperwork when they find something they like. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of chai. We try to be honest about what we know and what we don't know about the current market.
