Skylite Fixture Corporation

We've been at 98-C in Sector-B for a while now. Most people know the Sanwer Road Industrial Area is a busy spot, and we fit right in with the rest of the shops here. Skylite Fixture Corporation started out pretty small. It was just a couple of us trying to figure out how to make things work without much money. We spend most of our days dealing with fixtures and making sure everything is built right before it leaves. It gets quite dusty in the shop, especially during the summer months when the air is still, but that is just how it goes when you are working with metal and tools all day long. Sometimes the machines act up or a delivery is late, and we just deal with it as it comes. We don't have a big fancy office or a receptionist to greet people at the door. Usually, if you come by to see us, you’ll just find one of us in the back working on an order or cleaning up. It’s a lot of manual work and checking measurements over and over again to avoid mistakes. We’ve seen the industrial area change over the years, with more traffic and new neighbors moving in nearby. We just keep our heads down and get the fixtures out the door. It isn't a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy and pays the bills. Most of our tools have been around as long as we have. We like the routine of opening up early and staying until the job is done for the day.
