Skin Clinic

You'll find us at 318 Professor Colony. It’s a quiet residential neighborhood, which makes it a nice place to work. It’s much better than being on a noisy main road where you can’t hear anything over the traffic. We converted a part of this building into our skin clinic. It has a very relaxed feel to it, almost like you’re just walking into someone’s house. We take care of basic skin issues. If you have an itch that won't go away or a mark you're worried about, we take a look. We have some basic chairs for waiting and a wooden desk where I keep all the patient records. I still use a paper ledger because I find it easier than dealing with computers all the time. There are some big trees outside that keep the place cool during the hot afternoons. Sometimes I sit on the porch for a few minutes between patients. It’s just me and one helper who comes in for a few hours a day. We try to keep regular hours, but sometimes things come up and we might open a bit later than usual. People in Professor Colony are pretty understanding about that. We’ve been here a long time and everyone knows us. It’s just a simple clinic for the people living nearby.
