You can find us at No. 41 Warehouse Road in Siya Ganj. We are up on the second floor in the Q-Chamber. Being in Siya Ganj means we are right in the thick of the trading hub. Surbhi Plastics Products is mostly about buying and selling plastic goods that people use every day. Since we are on the second floor, we spend a lot of time moving stuff up and down, which can be a bit of a workout. The office is pretty basic—just some desks, a few chairs for visitors, and samples of the plastics we carry. It’s a bit of a maze with all the boxes stacked up, but we know where everything is. The fans are always humming to keep the air moving, and there’s usually a lot of shouting from the street below where the loaders are working. We deal with a lot of different vendors and shopkeepers who need stock. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing department. We just talk to people, tell them what we have in the warehouse, and settle the bills. It’s a very traditional way of doing business, based on long-term relationships and just being reliable. We keep track of everything in our registers and try to stay on top of the market prices. It’s just how we do things here every day, from morning until we close up the shutters. We aren't doing anything special, just moving plastic.
