It’s not a fancy glass office with a view; it’s just a regular place where we do our daily business. We deal with stripes and various textile patterns. Most of our day is spent looking at different designs or talking to the people who actually weave them. It’s a lot of back and forth on the phone. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there or anything like that. We just want to do our job well and keep things moving. The colony is a good place to be, and we know many of the people who live and work around here. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the fabric scraps and the old ledgers, but we generally know where everything is. We don't have a big corporate culture. It’s just us, some chairs, and our work. Being straightforward is just the way we handle things. If a shipment is going to be late, we just tell you. If the material isn't right, we do our best to fix it. It’s simple. We don't need a lot of slogans to get through the day. We just focus on the stripes and the cloth and the math. It keeps us busy enough from Monday to Saturday each week.
