We are located right at the Navlakha Bus Stand in the Ratan Deep Building. Being near a major bus stand means it is always noisy and there is always something happening outside. We handle both travel and cargo, so our days are pretty full from start to finish. You might see stacks of boxes in one corner and people asking about bus timings in the other. It is a bit of a squeeze sometimes, but we make it work for everyone. Navlakha is a central spot in Indore, so it is easy for people to find us without a map. We have been in this building for many years. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually way too busy to worry about that. When the buses start rolling in early in the morning, our day begins. It is a lot of coordination, making sure things get where they need to go and people get on the right trips. We do not use any big corporate talk here. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors, because often they are. It is hard work, especially during the festival seasons when everyone wants to travel or send packages home to their families. We just take it one day at a time. The office has a few old wooden desks and some chairs that have seen better days, but they still do the job just fine for us.
