We have been around the Palika Bus Stand for a while now. If you've been to the Navlakha area, you might have seen our office at Shop No 1. It is a busy spot. Most of our days are spent talking to passengers and keeping things moving. We manage the Shrinath Paliwal Travels operations right here. It’s a lot of work coordinating everything, especially with the crowds at the bus stand. People come in asking about routes or looking for their bus, and we just try to help them out. The office isn't fancy, just a regular place where we get the work done. Indore is a hub for travel, so there is never really a quiet moment. We see all kinds of people every day. Some are regulars and some are just passing through. Our spot in Navlakha is easy to find if you are already at the bus station. We mostly deal with the daily schedules and making sure people know where they are going. It gets dusty and loud sometimes, but that is just how it is working near the main stand. We started this because we know the roads around here. It is a family-run kind of setup. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that.
