Our place is right across from the old gate at Malwa Mill. It’s a well-known spot in this part of Indore, so people usually don’t have a hard time finding us. We’ve been running Shree Mahalaxmi Tours & Travels from here for years. The building is older, but it has a lot of character. We handle mostly local tours and some pilgrimage trips for families who want to go together. It’s a lot of organizing and making sure the drivers know exactly where they are going. We don’t use any complicated systems; it’s mostly just diaries and phone calls to keep things straight. Sometimes it gets really busy during the festival season, and we’re working late into the night to make sure everyone has a ride. It’s not a polished corporate job, that’s for sure. We often have people just sitting in the office chatting while they wait for their tickets. We like that atmosphere because it feels more like a community than a business. The traffic near the mill gate can be a bit much, especially in the evenings, but we don't mind. We’re just here to help people get where they need to go, whether it’s a quick trip across town or a longer journey. It’s honest work and we’re glad to be a part of the Malwa Mill area.
