Shifa Bone Setting Clinic

Shifa Bone Setting Clinic is located at number 950 in the Khatiwala Tank area, specifically in Bairathi Colony. It is a humble place, and we have been helping people with their sprains and broken bones for quite some time. The walls are painted a simple off-white, and there are posters of the human skeleton hanging up so we can show people what is going on with their joints. People come from all over Bairathi Colony when they fall off a bike or twist an ankle while walking. We use a lot of bandages and traditional wooden splints to keep things in place. There is always a stack of clean cloths ready for the next person who walks through the door. The floor is made of old tile that has some cracks in it, but we keep it swept and mopped. Outside, you can hear the kids playing in the street near the tank, and the sun gets pretty hot in the middle of the day. We don't have a fancy waiting room with a television; there are just some sturdy wooden benches where people can sit and wait their turn. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when someone is getting a joint put back in place, but that is just part of the work we do here. We just try to help folks get back on their feet so they can go back to their jobs and families without too much pain.
