Masand Agritech

Masand Agritech is located at 56 Shastri Market, which is on Khandwa Road in the village of Asrawad Khurd. It’s a bit of a way out from the main city of Indore. The market is where all the local farmers gather to get what they need for their crops. We have a lot of bags of seeds and different kinds of tools sitting around the shop. The walls are painted a pale color but they’ve gotten a bit yellow over the years. We have a big porch area where people stand and talk about the rain or the prices of grain. It’s a very local feel here. I usually arrive early to open up the shutters. The road outside can get quite busy with tractors and buses going towards Indore. We don’t have a lot of modern stuff in the shop, just the things that work. There’s an old metal cupboard where we keep our important papers. I have a small stool I sit on near the front door. We know most of the people who come in by their first names. It’s a steady pace of life in Asrawad Khurd. We’ve been at this same spot in Shastri Market for a long time. It’s a bit dusty and the roof leaks a tiny bit when it rains hard, but it’s our place. We are happy to stay right here on Khandwa Road and help the farmers.
