Sharma Health Home

Sharma Health Home is on the Main Road in Tilak Nagar. It’s number 1 on the street, so it’s easy to spot. We’ve been in Indore for years. It’s not a big hospital or anything like that. It’s more of a place where people come when they don’t feel right. The room is small and we have a lot of wooden cupboards for the supplies. There’s a big window that looks out onto the road. You can see the traffic and the shops nearby. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty because of the road, so we have to wipe the table often. We have a bench outside for when it gets crowded. Usually, it's just neighbors coming in for small things. We know most of them by their first names. It’s a very local thing. The clock on the wall is a bit slow but we haven't changed the battery in a while. We use paper registers for the entries. It’s simpler that way than using a computer for everything. People come in, wait their turn, and then talk to us. We try to keep it calm inside even when it’s loud outside. It’s just a regular day-to-day operation. No big fuss. We’ve been at this address for a long time. The paint is a bit faded near the entrance. It doesn’t matter much to the people who come here. They just want to get looked at and go home.
