You’ll find us over in Sector B of Scheme No. 78 in Indore. Specifically, we’re at Quarter No. 14, Type-B Slice-5. It’s a bit of a specific location if you’re trying to find it on a map for the first time. The area has a lot of these designated slices and sectors, which can be confusing, but once you’re here, it’s a quiet enough spot. Our building is a mix of a hospital and a research space. It’s not a giant campus, just a practical facility where we have our labs and patient rooms. The staff here is a mix of people who have been in Indore their whole lives and some who moved for work. We spend a lot of time in the research section, which is mostly just desks, computers, and specialized equipment. The hospital part has the usual feel—smell of cleaning supplies and the sound of carts being pushed down the hall. We have a small garden area near the back, though it’s mostly just a few hardy bushes and some grass. It’s a place where we take our lunch breaks when the weather isn’t too hot. We don’t go in for big speeches or polished presentations. We just focus on the daily tasks, whether that’s checking on a patient or looking at data. It’s a lot of routine, but it’s what we know.
