Sears Phytochem Ltd.

Sears Phytochem Ltd. is based at 93 Chandrlok, which is pretty close to the National Tower. We’ve been in this building for many years now. It’s a bit of an older place, but it has enough room for our lab equipment and our office desks. We work with plant extracts and various chemicals used in different industries. The name sounds a bit technical, but really we just spend our time testing samples and processing orders. The hallways at Chandrlok often have a faint smell of herbs or chemicals, which we don't even notice anymore. We aren't a large corporation with a lot of fancy offices. It’s just a handful of us who have been doing this for a long time. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just do our work and send out the products to the people who need them. Most of our clients are businesses that have been with us since the beginning. We like the neighborhood because it’s familiar and everything we need is close by. The office isn't much to look at, just some shelves full of glass bottles and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. We try to keep things simple and avoid all the corporate talk. We just focus on getting the chemistry right and making sure the batches are what they should be for the clients.
