Scientech Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is located at 94 in the Electronic Complex area of Pardesipura, Indore. Being in an electronic complex means we are surrounded by other businesses doing similar technical work. Our building is quite large because we have a lot of equipment and different departments to house. When you walk in, you’ll see people working on various electronic boards or testing out different devices. It’s a very hands-on environment here. There are several floors, and each one is usually busy with some kind of project. We have a lot of engineers and technicians who spend their whole day looking at circuits and testing software. The weather in Indore can get quite dry, but we keep the labs at a good temperature for the equipment. It’s not a fancy place with modern art on the walls; it’s more about workbenches, tools, and computers. We have a canteen where everyone gathers for lunch to talk about things other than work for a bit. The complex has its own rhythm, with trucks coming in to deliver components and leaving with finished goods. We have been here in Pardesipura for many years, so we are a well-known fixture in this industrial part of town. Our daily routine is pretty steady, focused on making sure the technology we work with is doing what it is supposed to do. It is a busy place but everyone knows their job and keeps things moving along well.
