Pegasus Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is based over here in Indore. We are in the Shagun Arcade, room 306. If you know the Scheme No 54 area, it's pretty easy to find us on Plot No 8. We’ve been operating from this spot for some time. Logistics is a lot of back-and-forth communication. Mostly we are just sitting at our desks dealing with spreadsheets and talking to transport partners. It's a bit of a maze sometimes, trying to figure out the best routes or dealing with local regulations here in Madhya Pradesh. The office isn't anything special, just a place to get the work done. We handle a variety of items, nothing too specific, just whatever needs to go from A to B. Some days are quieter than others. In a place like Indore, things can get pretty busy with all the trade going on. We don’t really do big advertisements or anything like that. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they’re in the same building. We try to be reliable. It’s just us here, making sure things don't get lost in the shuffle. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall downstairs while waiting for a call back. It’s hard work but it keeps us on our toes. There's always some new challenge with a delivery or a deadline that seems a bit tight. That's just how the logistics world works I guess. We stay until the last truck is logged and the keys are away.
