We are over here at number 12 in Navlakha, right by the Palika Bus Stand in Indore. If you know this area, you know how busy it gets with all the buses coming in and out all day long. Satnam Tours & Travels has been sitting here for a while now. It is mostly just us handling the phones and talking to folks who walk in off the street. The 452001 zip code area is always moving. Some days the dust from the bus stand gets into the office, but we just wipe it off and keep going. We mostly deal with people trying to get from one place to another without too much trouble. It is a small space, nothing fancy at all. There are usually a few chairs for people to sit while they wait for their paperwork or their bus to show up. We have seen a lot of changes around Navlakha over the years, but our spot stays pretty much the same. It is a regular job for us, open early and staying until the last few buses are sorted. Sometimes the tea guy from down the street comes by, and that is usually the highlight of the afternoon. We don’t have any big speeches to give about what we do. We just stay here at the Palika Bus Stand and do the work that needs doing for anyone who stops by. It is just how it is.
