We are located over at Plot 32 in Sector A of the industrial area. Atharva Packaging has been operating out of this unit for some time. It’s a standard industrial setup with big doors and concrete floors. We deal with all sorts of packaging materials. Every day is pretty much the same: trucks come in, we load them up, and then we get back to the machines. It’s a bit hot in the summer because the roof is high and the fans don't always reach the corners. We don’t have fancy uniforms or a lobby. If you walk in, you’re likely to see someone covered in dust or carrying a stack of flats. We just handle the daily grind of orders. Sometimes the power goes out in the sector and we all just sit outside for a bit until it comes back on. It’s a good time to catch up with the neighbors from the other plots. We know our regulars and what they usually need. There isn’t a lot of talk about strategy or anything; we just look at the order sheet and start the run. It’s honest work. If a machine breaks, we fix it ourselves mostly. We keep things moving as best as we can. It’s just us here, trying to keep up with the demand.
