Omega Rubber

You can find us in the Sanver Road Industrial Area, which is where a lot of the manufacturing happens around here. The smell of rubber is pretty strong when you get close to our place, and it stays on your clothes all day long. It’s a big shed with high ceilings and heavy machines that make a lot of thumping noises throughout the shift. We produce different kinds of rubber parts that go into machines or vehicles for other companies. There are always stacks of raw materials in one corner and finished products waiting to be loaded into trucks in another. The floor is concrete and often has marks from the heavy equipment and trolleys we use. It’s not a clean or polished environment; it is a factory where work gets done by hand and machine. Most of the guys here have been working with rubber for a long time and know exactly how the machines should sound when they are running right. We don’t have a lot of office space, just a small corner with a desk where we handle the orders and the daily paperwork. The Sanver Road area is always full of trucks and the constant sound of industry, so we fit right in. It’s hot in the summer inside the shed, but we just keep the fans going and stay focused on the tasks at hand. It’s a straightforward business where we make things that are meant to last, and we don't worry about much else besides getting the production right.
