Our place, Sanjog Tent House and Sanjog Caterers, is located at 34, Teli Bakhal Main Road in Malhar Ganj. It’s a bit of a double life we lead here, handling both the structures and the food. The building is always full of something, whether it’s stacks of chairs or big bags of lentils. Malhar Ganj is a crowded area, and Teli Bakhal Main Road stays pretty jammed with scooters and carts. It makes loading up for a job a bit of a challenge, but we’ve learned the best times to move the trucks. We don't have a big staff, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. One day you might be peeling potatoes and the next you’re climbing a ladder to tie down a tent flap. It’s tiring, and we don't always get it perfect, but we try to be practical about it. There’s no corporate polish here; our office is just a desk covered in scrap paper and old invoices. We don’t use any special jargon or try to sound bigger than we are. We’re just a local business in the middle of a busy neighborhood. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when we have two jobs at once, but we figure it out as we go. It’s just how things work for us at this address. We focus on getting the work finished and moving to the next task.
