Sanjeevani Aayurvedik Clinic is tucked away at number 164 in Bhagwan Din Nagar. If you’re looking for us, we are right behind the Sapna Sangeeta Talkies. It’s a bit of an older part of the area and it has a lot of character. You can often hear the muffled sounds from the cinema when a big movie is playing. Our clinic is a simple place. We have shelves filled with jars and bottles of different herbs and oils. The smell is very distinct—lots of earthy scents that you notice as soon as you walk in. We don't have a big fancy waiting room, just a few wooden benches where people sit and chat while they wait. The owner is usually in the back preparing something or talking to a patient. We’ve been behind the talkies for a long time, and most of the locals know exactly where to find us. It’s not a high-tech facility. We use old scales and handwritten notes for most things. The floor is made of stone and it’s seen a lot of foot traffic over the years. Sometimes the neighborhood kids play in the alleyway outside. We just do our work, mixing treatments and talking to people about their health in a way that’s easy to understand. It’s a humble spot but it works for us. Most days it is just about managing the appointments and making sure the supplies are ready. We close up when the last patient is done.
