It’s the kind of place where you have to move a stack of folders if you want to find a place to sit. We don’t mind the clutter though; it just shows we are actually doing things. The building itself is called Shri Krishna Kunj, and it has a nice feel to it. We aren't tucked away in some sterile business park. Instead, we are right where people live and work every day. Inside the K-6 unit, we have our computers and a few desks pushed together. The noise from the street is always there in the background, but it’s easy to ignore after a while. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just handle the care foundation work as it comes in. Some days are busier than others, especially when the mail arrives. We usually take turns making tea and talking about what needs to be handled next. It’s a simple life here in Indore. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the office décor. As long as the lights work and we have a place to sit, we are happy enough. That’s just how we run things at K-6.
