Bhawani Plastic Industries is located at No. 1 Samta Nagar. It’s a straightforward industrial setup where we spend most of our hours around the molding machines and cooling racks. The air usually has that faint scent of warm plastic that you get used to after a day or two. We aren't a big corporation with departments and managers; we’re just a group of people making sure the production line keeps moving. The warehouse floor is concrete and stays cool even when it’s blazing outside. We have a small corner with two desks for the paperwork, but most of the action happens out on the floor. Everything is organized in a way that makes sense to us, even if it looks a bit cluttered to an outsider. We deal with raw pellets and finished goods all day long. Sometimes the machines need a bit of tinkering to keep them running smooth, so there’s usually someone with a wrench nearby. Samta Nagar is a place where everyone is busy doing their own thing, so we fit right in. We don't spend money on marketing or fancy brochures. We just focus on filling the orders that come in and keeping the workspace functional. Lunch usually involves some food brought from home and a bit of rest before the machines start up again for the afternoon shift. It's honest work and we like it that way.
