The shop for S.A.I. Brushes is located at 104 Nagar Nigam Road. It is a pretty straightforward place where we handle all things related to industrial and domestic brushes. If you walk inside, the first thing you notice is the smell of plastic and wood. We have machines that punch the bristles into the bases, and they make a rhythmic thumping sound all day long. It isn’t the quietest place to work, but we are used to it by now. The street outside is usually busy with traffic, so there is always noise coming from the front door too. We don't spend much time on decorations. Our shelves are just stacked with different types of wire, nylon, and natural hair for the brushes. Sometimes we get someone coming in with a specific part from a machine, asking if we can make a custom brush to fit it. Those jobs take a bit more time and some scratching of heads to get right. We aren't a giant corporation with hundreds of people. We are just a small team making sure the orders for the local factories get filled on time. The floor is almost never completely clean because of the tiny bits of bristle that fall off during the trimming process. We sweep up at the end of the day, but by the next morning, the mess starts all over again. It’s just the way it goes here.
