Sahu Tent House

You can find Sahu Tent House at S/3 Sch No 78 in Vijay Nagar, which is right near the Sai Baba Mandir. It’s a pretty busy area, and being near the temple means there’s always people walking by. Our shop is mostly filled with pipes, folded-up canvases, and bundles of rope. It’s not a very pretty sight if you’re looking for a showroom, but it’s functional. We spend a lot of our time outdoors, lugging heavy metal poles around and trying to get things level on uneven ground. Vijay Nagar can get quite windy, which makes setting up the big tents a real chore sometimes. We’ve had days where we had to start all over because a gust caught the fabric. It’s just part of the job. We don’t have any big corporate goals or anything like that. We just want to get the structures up so people have a place to sit and enjoy their event. Our clothes are usually stained with some kind of dirt or rust, and that’s just how it is. We aren't the type to sit in an office all day. If we aren't at the shop in Sch No 78, we’re probably out at a site somewhere in Indore. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It’s a simple life, really, and we are fine with that.
