Riya Hospital

This hospital is situated in Sudama Nagar, right near the Foti Kothi landmark. If you live in this part of Indore, you probably know the area well. It's a residential neighborhood with lots of houses and small shops. We have been operating here for a while now. The building is a regular part of the streetscape. We see all kinds of cases coming through the doors. Some days are very slow and we just sit around talking, and other days it feels like everyone in Sudama Nagar decided to get sick at the same time. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a functional space where we can take care of people. The staff is mostly local, and we know the shortcuts to avoid the traffic near Foti Kothi during rush hour. Working in a hospital means you see a lot of things, some good and some not so good. We just try to keep our heads down and do the tasks in front of us. The hallways can be a bit narrow and the paint might be peeling in a couple of corners, but we keep the medical areas clean. It’s a neighborhood hospital, so we see the same families year after year. It feels like being part of the community. We don't do any big marketing; we just rely on being here in the same spot for whoever needs us. It is just the way we have done things.
