We are located over at Gulmohar Enclave, specifically at 323 EE in Scheme No 94, right near the Ring Road. It’s a quiet enough spot once you get inside, though the Ring Road is always moving. We handle travel bookings and all the paperwork that goes with it. It’s a lot of double-checking dates and names to make sure everything is right. Our office is on the ground floor, which makes it easy for people to drop by. We’ve been in this part of town for a while and we like the community here. We don't have a massive team, just a small group of us who handle the phones and the emails. It’s a lot of logistical work, but we’re used to it. Sometimes the systems are slow and we have to wait, but that’s just how it goes. We don't try to sell people things they don't need. We just listen to what they want for their trip and try to find a way to make it happen. It’s a practical way of doing things. We’re just regular folks working in a regular office near the highway. Nothing fancy about it. We just show up every day and do our best to get the bookings sorted. Sometimes we have to stay on hold with airlines for hours, but it’s part of the job. It gets a bit tedious, but we manage to stay organized.
