About Rayon Applied Engineers – Packaging Machines & Materials in INDORE
Our workshop, Rayon Applied Engineers, is tucked away in 117/1 Gupta Compound in Pipliapala. It’s right off A.B. Road, which is always packed with cars and buses. The compound itself is a bit old and has several other businesses inside. We’ve got a fair amount of equipment packed into our space. It’s an engineering shop, so there’s usually oil on the floor and the smell of metal in the air. We don't have a lobby or a fancy sign out front. Most of our visitors are people we’ve known for years who know exactly where to find us in the back of the compound. We spend most of the day tinkering with parts and fixing things. It’s not a clean job; our hands are usually greasy by ten in the morning. We don't really have a set routine other than showing up and seeing what needs fixing or making that day. The light in the shop isn't great, but we’ve got enough lamps to see what we’re doing. Sometimes we have to shout over the sound of the machines. It’s a humble setup, but it works for us. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a corporate look. We just do the engineering work that comes our way and try to keep the machines running. It's a solid, honest day's work in a part of town that never sleeps.
