Our place is located right off the Rau Pithampur Bypass. It is a very busy spot with trucks and cars going past all day long. We do packaging work here. If you see us from the road, it just looks like a big, plain building. Inside, it is usually quite noisy because the machines are always running to keep up with the work. We make all sorts of boxes and bags and the kind of stuff people need to move their goods around. There is a lot of paper and plastic sitting in stacks. We started out small and just kept at it over the years. This isn't a glamorous job and your hands usually end up pretty dirty by the end of a shift. We have a crew that has been with us for a long time now. They know how to handle the machinery better than anyone. Sometimes things break down and we just have to fix them ourselves on the fly. That is just how it goes in this business. We are not a corporate office with meetings and suits. We spend our time on the warehouse floor. Being on the bypass is good for getting things in and out quickly, even if the traffic is a bit of a mess in the evenings. We just keep our heads down and try to get the orders out. It is practical work and we like it that way.
