Moon Wings Event Promotion And Advertisement

Our space is in Room 808 of Rajani Bhavan. It’s one of those buildings that always seems to have people coming and going. Doing event promotion and advertisement means our office is usually full of posters, samples, and bits of equipment for various shows. It’s rarely quiet in here. We spend a lot of time on the phone or running out to meet people at different venues. The walls are covered in schedules and old flyers from things we’ve worked on in the past. It’s a bit of a chaotic environment, but that’s just how the event world is. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that; you just walk in and find someone working. Being on the eighth floor gives us a decent look at the city, but we are usually too busy to notice. There’s always a deadline looming or a last-minute change to a campaign that needs fixing. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there; we just want to make sure the work we do actually gets noticed. Sometimes we stay late to finish up a design or to coordinate with a vendor. It’s not a nine-to-five kind of place. We just keep pushing forward and hope the traffic isn't too bad when it’s finally time to head home. It’s a lot of energy, but it keeps things interesting.
