Our manufacturing unit is located at 379 Pitambar Nagar. It’s a busy neighborhood, and we’ve been operating from this building for several years now. The ground floor is where all the machines are kept, and it can get pretty loud when everything is running at once. We do various types of fabrication and assembly work here. It’s not a massive factory like you see in the industrial estates, but we have enough equipment to handle the orders that come our way. The upstairs area is where we keep the finished goods and do some of the lighter packaging work. There’s always a bit of a smell of oil and metal in the air, which is just part of the job. We have a small team of workers who have been with us for a long time, so everyone knows exactly what they need to do without being told. The office is just a small corner partitioned off with some plywood, where we keep the files and the computer. We don't have a fancy lobby or a sign that lights up at night. Most of our clients are people we’ve worked with for years, or they were referred to us by someone else. We just focus on getting the pieces made correctly and delivered on time. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours sometimes, especially when a big deadline is approaching, but we enjoy the process of making things. We try to maintain a steady pace throughout the week and keep the machines in good working order for everyone.
