Raghvendra Spintex Private Limited has been operating out of 387, Usha Nagar Extension for quite some time now. It’s not a grand place, just a functional unit where we get our daily work done. Running a spinning business involves a lot of noise and a fair bit of dust from the cotton, which is just part of the job. Most of us here have been doing this for years, so we’ve seen the machines break down and get fixed more times than we can count. The office part is pretty small, mostly just some old desks and a bunch of files that need sorting. We don't really have time for fancy marketing or big speeches about what we do. We just make sure the spindles are running and the orders are packed up for the trucks. Usha Nagar is a busy enough area, and we’ve become a bit of a fixture on this street. Some mornings start early with a lot of tea and a look at the production schedule. We deal with all sorts of small issues throughout the day, like a motor getting too hot or a shipment being late. It’s just the reality of a local business. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We just want to keep the work going and make sure the yarn is what it needs to be. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of life here at the mill.
