It’s a busy part of Indore with a lot of trucks and commercial traffic passing through all the time. Our office is a simple one, nothing too flashy, just a place where we manage our fleet of cars and talk to our drivers. We mostly handle taxi services for people who need to go to other cities or just around Indore for the day. It’s a lot of work keeping track of where all the cars are and making sure they are serviced and ready to go. The road outside is always dusty and loud, but that’s just how it is around here. We don't have any fancy brochures or a big mission statement. We just focus on getting our drivers to the right pickup spots on time. Sometimes there are delays because of the heavy traffic at the Naka, and we have to call the customers to let them know. It’s a practical business run by people who know the city well. We’ve been here for a while and most of the locals know our name. We just keep our heads down and do the work, trying to make sure the vehicles are running properly.
