Prabha Dental Clinic

Prabha Dental Clinic is on M G Road in Raghunath Nagar. We are located at number 5, right above the Federal Bank and near Ram Raghu Hospital. Being above a bank makes it easy for people to find us, though the stairs can be a bit of a climb for some. M G Road is always packed with cars and people, so there’s a constant hum of engines in the background. Inside the clinic, it’s much more focused. We have the dental chairs and all the little tools laid out on trays. It’s a lot of silver and white surfaces that we have to keep scrubbing. We spend our days looking at teeth and talking to people about their gums. The light coming through the front windows is quite bright in the afternoon, so we often have to pull the blinds halfway down. Most of the people who come in are local residents or people who work in the shops nearby. We keep a bowl of sugar-free candy on the counter, but ironically, not many people take them. The waiting area is small, so it can feel a bit cramped when three or four people arrive at once. We have a little radio that plays in the background to cover the sound of the drills, which helps a bit. It’s a busy life being on such a major road, but we’ve gotten used to the pace and the people who stop by for their yearly checkups. We just keep things running as best as we can.
