Reliable Fasteners

We’ve been over here at No. 8/9 Pologround for a while now. It’s a busy spot, mostly trucks moving in and out and people looking for specific hardware. Reliable Fasteners is just what the name says. We spend most of our mornings sorting through stock and making sure everything is where it should be. The Pologround area has its own rhythm, and we’ve gotten used to the noise and the pace of the neighborhood. It isn't a fancy setup. We have shelves full of metal parts and a counter that’s seen better days, but it works for us. People come by when they need something specific to hold a project together. Sometimes the weather gets hot and the metal feels like it’s baking, but we just keep the doors open and get on with it. My dad used to say that a good bolt is better than a loud promise, and that’s pretty much how we run things. We don't spend much time on the computer or doing paperwork if we can help it. We’d rather be out back checking the crates. If you’re driving through the Pologround section, you’ll see our sign. It’s nothing big, just enough so people know where to turn. We keep a pot of tea going most afternoons. It’s just us doing what we do, day in and day out.
