Pinky Tours And Travels is based in the Indore Trade Centre, specifically in room 310. Chhoti Gwaltoli is a busy part of town, so there is always a lot of noise and people moving about outside. We handle travel stuff, mostly booking buses and cars for people who need to get out of Indore for work or family visits. It's not a huge travel agency with posters everywhere, just a functional office with a couple of desks and some chairs for customers. I’ve been doing this for a while, and I know the routes around Madhya Pradesh pretty well. Sometimes the phones ring non-stop and other times it's quiet enough to actually have a tea in peace. We don't use big words or make huge promises about luxury. We just tell you which bus is running on time and what the fair price is for the trip. I've seen a lot of changes in how people travel over the years, but mostly they just want to get where they are going without any trouble. My staff and I just try to keep the bookings straight so nobody gets left behind at the station. It's a lot of checking schedules and talking to drivers on their mobiles. We are just regular people working a job in a busy building. No fancy plans, just tickets and everyday travel for the locals.
