We operate out of the 501,5Th Floorfortune Business Center Rnt Marg. Being an online platform like Pharmezy.Com, you might think we’d be in some high-tech glass building, but we’re actually in a pretty standard office block. There are lots of computers, headsets, and people talking to customers or managing the website all day long. It gets a bit warm in the afternoons when the sun hits the windows, so the fans are always on high. We deal with a lot of orders and logistics, so there’s a fair amount of stress when things get backed up, but we try to keep a calm head. The office isn't decorated with anything special, just some calendars and maybe a few old plants that someone forgets to water. We share the floor with a few other businesses, so the hallway is usually a mix of different people coming and going. The parking downstairs is a nightmare, so most of us try to get in early or use the bus. We don't have any big speeches about what we do; we just want to make sure the website works and people get what they need without too much trouble. It’s a lot of sitting and typing, but we take our breaks together and talk about the news or the weather. Sometimes we order in lunch when we are too busy to go down to the street for food. It is just our daily routine here.
