Pharmaceuticals

The shop is located at 103/B in Vishkarma Nagar, right on Annapurna Road. It’s not a very big space, but we manage to fit everything we need inside the shelves. Most of the time, the front counter is piled high with orders that are waiting to be picked up by the delivery drivers. We focus on pharmaceutical supplies, mainly dealing with the local clinics and doctors around this part of town. It’s a pretty simple setup without any bells or whistles. We have a couple of guys who handle the deliveries on their scooters, dodging the traffic on Annapurna Road all day long. The shelves are packed from the floor to the ceiling, so you have to be careful when you’re looking for something specific. I usually get here early to open up and check the mail before the heat starts. It’s a bit quiet in the mornings, which is nice before the phones start ringing constantly with people asking for prices. We don’t spend much on advertising because people just know where we are through word of mouth. We’ve had the same neighbors for years, and we all look out for each other’s shops when someone is away. Sometimes we run out of space and have to stack boxes in the hallway for an hour or two while we wait for the truck. It isn't perfect, but we get the job done and make sure the medicine gets delivered.
