Shreeji Plastic Industries

Shreeji Plastic Industries is right here at No. 1 Samta Nagar Palda. It’s a busy spot, and we share the neighborhood with a lot of other small factories. Our daily routine is pretty simple. We show up, get the machines warmed up, and start working on the day’s production. There is always a lot of plastic scrap around that needs to be sorted and moved. The workspace is functional, with heavy benches and tools scattered where they are most needed. We don’t have a formal reception area, so if someone comes by, they usually just walk right into the middle of the work floor. It can be a bit dusty and loud, but that’s just how it is in Palda. We have a small fan in the corner that doesn't do much, but it’s better than nothing during the summer months. Most of us have been here for years, so we know the quirks of the equipment and how to fix things on the fly. We keep our records in a few big binders on a shelf in the back. It’s not a fancy system, but we never lose track of anything. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do our work and go home to our families. Every day is pretty much the same, and we’re fine with that. It’s a solid way to make a living.
