We are over at 60 Devi Ahilya Marg, right near the road that leads to Dollar Market on Jail Road. It’s a location that sees a lot of foot traffic, which is good for a travel business. Our shop isn't anything special to look at, just a regular place where we sit and handle travel requests. We do a lot of different types of bookings, mostly for people who need to get around the state or visit family. Since we're so close to the market, it’s always loud outside with horns and people shouting, but that’s just Indore for you. We don’t have a fancy website or a lot of high-tech stuff. Most of our work is done through direct conversation or over the phone. We try to be honest about what’s available and what isn't. If a certain route is bad or a bus is known for being late, we usually tell the person. It’s better that way so nobody gets a surprise later on. We’ve been at this address for a while, and most of the other shop owners nearby are like friends now. We just come in, do the bookings, and try to make sure everyone is satisfied with their travel plans. It’s a basic business model but it’s served us well enough over the years.
