We're based at 105 Bveena Nagar in Indore. It's in the 452010 area of Madhya Pradesh. Oro Real Estate Private Limited is a small outfit, just a handful of us working out of this space. We don't have a big fancy storefront with neon lights. It’s a quiet spot in Veena Nagar where we can focus on the work. Mostly, we are looking at local listings and trying to match people with the right houses or land. Indore is a big city and it’s always expanding, so there is usually plenty to do. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites checking things out. It’s not always glamorous, especially when the weather is bad or the traffic is backed up across town. We just try to be helpful to anyone who reaches out to us. We don’t use any scripted sales pitches or anything like that. If you ask us a question about a property, we give you a straight answer based on what we’ve seen. Sometimes we don’t have the answer right away, but we’ll go find it for you. It’s just about being practical and getting the job done. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a while and we plan to stay here, just doing our thing one day at a time without needing to impress anyone with big corporate offices or polished presentations.
