Our place is located at 7/1 on the Main Road in Pardesipura, Indore. We are quite close to the big water tank, which is the easiest way to find us. As Om Shivshankar Tirth Yatra Co, we focus a lot on pilgrimage trips, but we handle all sorts of travel really. The office is right on the main road, so it gets plenty of light and noise from the street. We’ve been here for some time now, helping people plan their journeys to various religious sites and other destinations. It’s a simple setup with just the necessary desks and computers. We spend our days talking to people about their travel dates and explaining how the trips will work. It’s a lot of coordination with buses and hotels. We aren't a big, fancy company with a lot of polish. We just work hard to make sure the trips are organized properly. Sometimes the office gets crowded when a group is getting ready to leave, but we manage. We don't have a lot of marketing materials, mostly just word of mouth from people who have traveled with us before. It’s a very local, hands-on kind of business. We live and work right here in Indore, so we understand what people are looking for when they want to go on a yatra. We just take things one day at a time and keep our bookings in order. It keeps us busy.
