We have been operating from No. 32/2/C New Palasia for quite a few years now. Kdw Home Solutions is just a small outfit of us trying to help people around the neighborhood with their houses. It gets pretty hectic, especially when the rains start and everyone discovers a leak they didn't know they had. We aren't one of those big national chains you see ads for. It is mostly just local guys who know these streets like the back of our hands. Sometimes the shop looks a bit cluttered because we have pipes, tiles, and tools sitting in piles, but that is just the reality of a working shop. Most folks find us because they live just down the road in Palasia and walked past the sign on their way to the market. We try to keep things very straightforward. If your sink is acting up or a door frame is rotting, we come take a look. There is no fancy front office here with a secretary, just a couple of old desks and some plastic chairs where we sit to figure out the job. It is physical work and we get tired by the end of the shift, but we enjoy staying active. Some weeks are quiet and we spend time cleaning the tools. We do not have a marketing person. We just pick up the phone when it rings. People around here know our faces. It is a decent spot to be.
