Netram Optix

We are Netram Optix, and you can find us in South Tukoganj. Our shop is located near the Ghantagar, which is a landmark everyone in this part of town knows. It makes it very simple for us to tell people where to go. We have been working in South Tukoganj for quite a while now. The area is nice, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes near the clock tower. Inside the shop, we have a variety of frames and we do eye checks for the locals. It is not a huge, shiny showroom. It is a functional space where we focus on helping people see better. Most of our day is spent adjusting frames or explaining lens options to customers who drop by. We are local people, so we know a lot of the families around here. Often, someone will stop in just to say hello while they are out running errands. We like that part of the job. It feels more like a community than just a place of business. We do not use big words or try to sell people things they do not need. If your glasses are broken, we try to fix them. If you need new ones, we show you what we have on the shelves. It is a very direct way of working. We stay open pretty regular hours, and there is usually someone here to help. We are just a small shop trying to do right by the neighborhood.
